BANDAR LAMPUNG (UAP) – The 2024 Informatic Student Competition (Impression) officially concluded in the K Hall of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Universitas Lampung. Carrying the theme “Enhancing Intellectual Intelligence to Unlock the Potential of Indonesia’s Young Generation in the Era of Technological Advancement,” the event successfully attracted high school students and university students nationwide to compete and showcase their talents in the field of technology.
This year’s competition featured three main categories: the Quiz Competition (LCT) for high school students across South Sumatra, the National Poster Design Competition, and the National Essay Competition specifically for university students. The closing ceremony was marked by the awarding of prizes to the winners in each category.
Impression 2024 Winners:
National University Student Essay Competition:
- 1st Place: Dwi Febrian (Universitas Lampung)
- 2nd Place: Ilham Akbar (Universitas Lampung)
- 3rd Place: Arif Nurul Al Aziz (Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu)
National Poster Design Competition:
- 1st Place: Fandi Khairul Azmi (SMK SWADHIPA 2 NATAR)
- 2nd Place: Bagus Suharto (SMK SWADHIPA 2 NATAR)
- 3rd Place: Muhammad Ramadhan Fadholi (Universitas Lampung)
- Favorite Winner: Fitra Bakou (SMAN 1 Menggala)
South Sumatra High School Quiz Competition:
- 1st Place: SMAN 1 Menggala Team A
- 2nd Place: SMK 2 Mei Team A
- 3rd Place: SMAN 1 Menggala Team B
- Consolation Prize: SMAN 2 Bandar Lampung
Arif Nurul Al Aziz, an Informatics Engineering student from Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu (UAP), achieved 3rd place in the National University Student Essay Competition. This accomplishment strengthens UAP’s position in national-level technology competitions and highlights the quality of education provided by UAP’s Informatics Engineering program, as well as the high enthusiasm of its students in developing their skills.
The Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Informatics at Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu, Dr. Ir. Zulkifli, S.T., M.Kom, expressed his appreciation and congratulations for the student’s achievement. “Congratulations to Arif Nurul Al Aziz on this outstanding accomplishment. This achievement demonstrates that UAP Informatics Engineering students possess competencies on par with students from other universities at the national level. May this serve as motivation for other students to continue excelling and achieving,” stated Dr. Zulkifli.
Putut Aji Nalendro, M.Pd., one of the LCT judges and a lecturer in Information Technology Education, shared his enthusiasm for the dedication of the organizers and participants. “Alhamdulillah, the 2024 Informatic Student Competition ran smoothly, and everything was accomplished successfully. The organizing committee showed professionalism and worked hard to ensure the event’s success,” he said.
By organizing the 2024 Informatic Student Competition (Impression), the event provided valuable experience for participants to sharpen their skills in information and communication technology.
