Registration Requirements
- Pay the registration fee at the UAP Registration section
- Fill out the Registration form by attaching a photocopy of high school diploma and Tranzkip Grades and the equivalent or a legalized graduation certificate of 2 sheets and a 3 x 4 photo pass of 2 sheets.
- Copy of ID card and family card
- Take the PMB Entrance Exam
Registration Procedure
- Pick up the registration form
- Return the completed registration form with the registration requirements attached
- Pay the registration fee
- The registration receipt is valid as a registration number and Entrance Exam number for new students.
- Take the PMB Entrance Exam
