UAP Lecturer Becomes a Speaker for LAMR Technical Guidance

Murung Raya, November 23, 2024 – The Midwifery Academy (AKBID) of Murung Raya held a Technical Guidance (Bimtek) session on Learning AKBID Murung Raya, aimed at enhancing the quality of teaching and learning at the institution. The event was attended by leadership, lecturers, and teaching staff committed to advancing midwifery education.

Conducted online, the Bimtek featured various topics relevant to modern teaching methods and the latest developments in education. One of the main focuses was on the application of technology in learning and the enhancement of practical skills essential for future medical professionals.

The Director of AKBID Murung Raya, Rev. Hendri, M.Th., M.Pd., through Vice Director 1, Meidayana Refisiliyani, S.Tr.Keb., M.Keb., emphasized the importance of innovation in the teaching and learning process. “Through this Technical Guidance, we hope lecturers and students will be better prepared to face challenges in the midwifery field by updating teaching methods and materials in line with current developments,” she stated.

The Bimtek aimed to improve lecturers’ understanding and skills in utilizing the Learning AKBID Murung Raya (LAMR) application, which includes features for monitoring academic learning activities both online and offline.

Additionally, the application serves as a control tool for accreditation, tailored to meet the nine accreditation standards.

The LAMR application training was delivered directly by Dr. Ir. Zulkifli, S.T., M. Kom., Dean of the Faculty of Technology and Informatics at Universitas Aisyah Pringsewu and the developer of the application.

Zulkifli highlighted that the LAMR application was designed with features for monitoring academic learning activities, both online and offline, as well as serving as an accreditation control tool aligned with the nine accreditation standards. “This facilitates the preparation and submission process for Accreditation Documents (Borang), which have been technically tailored to meet the nine accreditation standards,” he explained.
